Eli is a great tech n replaced my Hot Water Heater n left my place spotless. He came out Wednesday at 4pm and came back on Thursday am gad replace old unit with new in 4 hrs time. He was a lifesaver as I was having tenants moving in that same morning. Thank you Rooter Man and Irene n Eli. ❤️
Frankie was very professional and concerned regarding providing the necessary services to solve my problem. He was very pleasant. I would definitely call Roto-Rooter again and refer customers with employees like Frankie. Frankie was also very knowledgeable about his job.
They have the know how and talent but most of all the insurance coverage work on large skyscrapers.
They came quickly, took care of the problem quickly and they were really nice to deal with, Very fair price too.
Great service on the Northshore. I called in the morning and they came out the same day even when emergency service wasn't needed. They also had great equipment to video the lines and cleaned the out inside and outside. Will definitely use them again!!
