Great experience with this company. Chris came out & he was very quick and nice. He was very knowledgable and explained everything so that I could understand everything going on. Will definitely be calling them again if I have other plumbing needs & will definitely be recommending them to others.

Been to my house 3 Times to fix the same problem and it get worst everytime he leaves. Don’t know how they are in business smh, I have to spend more money to get a real plumber out here to fix my problem this so called comps can’t fix. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! Do t waste your time or money, yall saying all there’s is no record that’s can’t be possible, it was a tall black guy came to my house and repaired my leaking garden tub had to come back out 2 more ti es because the leak stopped fro 5 hours and got worst to where it was a full poor tub would fill in 2 hours. The guy was a tall black guy look like Lebron James, it’s leaking to this day still, yall was sent to me thru choice warranty

I called this company, spoke with a tech and explained my issues. Someone came to my home and did my repairs in the rain. I am very pleased with the services and the prices. I will definitely use them again. If you have a bad or good experience take time to do reviews, it’s helpful more than you know.

I called at approximately 11:00 AM on a Friday and by 5:00 PM they were at my home. Chris, the technician, explained everything to me in detail, gave me a quote for the cost, and would have replaced it the same day but for the plumbing supply company had closed. He assured me he would pick up my water heater on Monday morning and would be here for 10:00 AM. He was prompt and called first before coming. He got here at approximately 10:20 AM and was done before noon. I would recommend them highly and I would definitely use them again

In one 15-minute visit, Chris did what a previous plumber was too lazy and impatient to do in two visits. He didn’t even require me to jump through a bunch of hoops like the previous plumber did either. Chris quickly diagnosed the issue in less than 60 seconds and completely fixed the problem within minutes. He actually knew what he was doing and didn’t waste time getting it done. Chris cleared whatever was causing the drain to back up and tightened the p-trap. This brother made it look too easy. Next time I have a plumbing issue, I’m asking my home warranty company for Rooter 9-1-1 Plumbing Repair & Drain Service by name. And y’all can send Chris again because the dude was thorough.
