Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I can not say enough great things about our tech, Drew. He was incredibly thorough and explained all aspects of the process prior to starting so there were no surprises. He worked quite late to ensure that he found the clog and that it was clear prior to him leaving. He put up with two curious pups and a very curious 9 year old who was hyped up on sugar with all the professionalism and ease. Upon leaving, he double checked that the yard was secure and the area he worked in was clean. The only surprise was how reasonable the bill was compared to what I expected when I made the initial call to roto-rooter. Thank you so very much!

Despite needing to be serviced more than once Drew (our 2nd plumber) was amazing. He was patient, knowledgeable, helpful and even called to follow-up. Also, the company assured that we were pleased after our first issue. I'd definitely use them again if needed because they stand behind their work.

Roto rooter probably sent out the best technician I could have asked for. Drew was quick, knew exactly what to do, and managed to take a lot of stress off the day by doing a simple repair. The agency itself was extremely responsive and helpful, with a very quick turnaround (they beat the 1.5 hour estimate by 45 minutes, can’t even complain with that efficiency.) if I could give 10 stars, I would!

Great service! My guess bathroom sink was clogged really bad and Trevor came in, saw the problem and fixed it. If future problems that happened I will be calling. Thanks
