I have worked with a lot of different plumbing companies dealing with larger repairs for a 126 unit complex. After 8 years of searching I finally found the dream team. They schedule to fix it and get it done. I have had scheduling issues but notice they still get 5 stars. They aren't in a rush to just get every job they can, they make sure to get every job done right. I prefer quality that takes time than a quickie that needs another repair later.

Everyone was amazing. From the office staff to workers doing the work. Very friendly and helpful. We were worked into today’s schedule and they arrived earlier than scheduled. The technicians were very knowledgeable and explained everything they would be doing. Very happy with the work and would definitely recommend Rocket City Plumbing.

Our water heater went out this morning and Rocket City Plumbing was able to come out early this afternoon and do a full replacement in a little over an hour. From the first phone call everyone was helpful and respectful. I was provided an accurate quote over the phone. They do great work and made sure I understood everything about the new unit. Rocket City Plumbing has set the standard for local plumbers.

The technicians were both very nice and the did a great job. I had a leaking water heater and they were able to get me scheduled the next morning, and were here on time! Will use them again when I need help with a plumbing issue!

Fantastic group at RCP! They came out and fixed a leak at my main, same day, no hassle and were a pleasure to work with! Michael was excellent in the field and their secretary was on top of things as well! Thanks so much to you all!
