I want to thank the following for their service. It was very professionally done. Joe, Jeff end Aaron did a wonderful job installing our air conditioning unit. And it was at a very warm time. They worked quickly. Everything was left, neat and tidy., thank you guys. I also want to thank Anthony and his crew for a wonderful job when they installed our new electric panel, it was a great job couldn't have asked for better.

Our family would like to thank and give a shout out to Reimer HVAC team (Justin, Nate, and Sean) for replacing our furnace and AC system. They were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, the work was done efficiently, and they left the area spotless. We can’t ask for better service. The company takes pride in their work like this team did. They are very responsive and can set up appointments on a timely manner. Highly recommend!!!!

The technician Zana, who came to service the air conditioning system at our home was exceptionally courteous, very professional, and did a fantastic job, taking care of the problems with the air conditioner. He also explained in great detail all of the things that were contributing to our problem and then made sure that he addressed each one in order to make sure that the system would operate optimally in the future. Zana was very courteous and did a thorough job making sure that I understood everything that he was doing. I felt like he was someone that I could trust.

Joe S. came out on what I hoped would be a routine service visit for the AC at the house we just moved into. He did a thorough inspection and assessment of the system. It turned out that the unit was 18 years old and very much on its last legs, in part due to not having been serviced for some time. He clearly explained what wasn’t working right, and presented our options. We decided to go ahead with scheduling a new unit to be installed, and he talked through the different options we had and the pros and cons of each. He made sure we got a good price and quick install time, and let us know all the benefits that come along with their annual maintenance plan, which is priced very reasonably. He was very knowledgeable about HVAC and about the other offerings from Reimer. I would highly recommend Joe and Reimer to anyone. Editing to add that the installers Justin and Aaron were excellent as well. Cleaned everything up after themselves and explained answered the questions I had.

Very professional knew what needed to be done and did it to my liking. Will definitely call them again both of them.
