Reed's plumbing was extremely professional and just there to serve you. Mike came out to give me a quote, but recommend that I don't change my pipes in my house. Makes me trust them all the more when they operate with honesty and don't push things on you. I ended up getting my water heater replaced and Shane was awesome to work with. Knowledgeable and efficient. Love Reed's plumbing.

They made extra time and came out earlier than expected. It didn’t take long for them to complete the job. The plumber was efficient, professional and nice. The cost was reasonable. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. Would recommend highly.

We ended up with a hole cut in the bathroom wall, definitely going to be difficult to fix, that didn't need to be cut. After we stopped the first person, Shane, and had him leave, they sent another man, Harry, who changed the shower faucet cartridge and found out there was no leak in the "valve". Now we're stuck with an ugly wall. I'll never call this company again.

Reed’s did a great job with our plumbing project. They gave us a detailed estimate on a Monday and completed the project in one day a week later. The employees who did the work were skilled and knowledgeable about the project. They went out of their way to ensure everything was completed satisfactorily.
