I wish I could give 10 stars. I've lived in San Francisco for over 20 years and never have I met a more highly skilled, honest, and customer service oriented plumber than Sean. Over the years I just resigned to thinking that unless you had a family member with these skills, the plumbers in SF were just going to take advantage of you, especially when you're in a bind. But not Sean. He responded quickly (though he's a busy man, given the quality he delivers). He even responded to questions AFTER the service was done. Just simply amazing, can't say enough good things. And what a nice human being. HIRE HIM!

Sean's great. He's super responsive and has helped me multiple times clear pipe blockages, fix leaks and repair my garbage disposal. He's fast and really good at what he does. I highly recommend Red Wrench!

Sean is the triple-threat when it comes to plumbers: effective, courteous, and prompt. After he fixed our water heater a few years back, he's become our go-to guy, and our neighbors', too. Even in cases where he doesn't stand to make a cent, like with easy fixes, he'll get back to you quickly and give you advice on the issue so you can take care of it yourself.
