They could not level the toilet. They said I need to level the floor. This is wrong. So wrong. You don't level the floor. You level the toilet. They told me that wouldn't work because it would make the toilet off balance. You're wrong! Also, they overcharged me and didn't complete the work using The old toilet bolts! And they didn't cut the bolts off so the cap could go on the older one! If a professional company cannot level a toilet, do not use them. I have to go to a different plumber now! More money! I called this company out of recommendation. I called asked when they could take a look at my AC. They said we can get out there that day they'll call me back let me know what time so I can tell my tenants. I waited 3hrs for a call back never received a call. I called them asked he said I have you down for 2pm. I said ok great told my tenants. At 3pm I messaged my tenants asked what the verdict was they said they had barely showed up. After all said and done they were going to call me with what was wrong. Once technician was done he called me to tell me what he did. That the office will call me for the final bill. Once they called me a few days later he told me it would be $750 dollars that was to run a diagnostic, replace connectors and the capacitor. I asked for an itemized receipt and they said they don't do that. It's a flat rate so we asked how much is it per hour for labor Daniel said we don't charge by the hour just by the job as a flat rate. They still haven't given me a receipt for their services. I just seen that others have mentioned a fee for days that have not been paid. They haven't mention anything about that. They just asked when I was going to pay? They need a payment right now. When originally I just asked them to do a diagnostic only. I contacted another HVAC company they were going to charge $225 for the same job. Unfortunately this company did not give me the option and just replaced the part without my approval. I was forced to pay his fee.

The attention to detail, and friendly, professional service were the best we’ve seen! They also sent us notices if anything came up (running late, etc). We Will be using this wonderful company if we have any other issues with HVAC or plumbing!!

We had a problem with the first 3 faucets not being correct, but after contacting Customer Service, the company scheduled to change out the faucets. I'm very pleased with the solution and now everything matches and looks great. Thank you, Daniel. And thanks to Reading's customer service.

Good afternoon, we needed a service call to fix our issues, which were done in a timely manner. We agreed on a price of 750.00, thinking that that replacement part must be a very valuable piece of equipment for the proper operation of the a/c unit for that cost. Daneil came up with 750.00 without any hesitation. Then I go online and see that exact part is less than a hundred dollars, then go to Johnstone web site and the part is $150.00. Now when I had to purchase parts as an electrician for a customer our company used a 2.3 markup that being said $300.00 for the part. Here's where I have an issue: $450.00 labor for 2.5 hrs. Does this seem fair to you? Do we not do time and material or not? We are disappointed with the price for the labor.
