Very prompt service at a very reasonable price! I had a clogged sewer line in my yard. These guys came right over (20 minutes after I called them!) and fixed the issue. Told me to call them if the problem returned in a day or two and they would come back and do it again at no charge! They really wanted to make sure the problem was resolved. I highly recommend them!

These guys are the best. I have used their services half a dozen times now over the past few years. Services ranging from capping a gas line in my old fireplace, unclogging the main line, replacing a toilet, Replacing a garbage disposal etc.They fixed my water heater (on very short notice!) in the dead of winter one year. The City of Fayetteville stopped by yesterday and informed me I had a leak and my usage had jumped from 14,000 gallons a month to 43,000. I called a friend and asked him who he used and he said call Razor Rooter and you will not be disappointed. I called them and within 24 hours of my initial call by problem was fixed. The guys that came out were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and were done in less than 45 minutes at a price I felt was more than fair. I couldn't be happier and would not hesitate to recommend Jon and bunch for any of your plumbing needs.

Got the job done. Cost was $268 total to snake main line at house to clean out (100’) to unclog. Then snaked clean out to city man hole across road (150’) so for 250 feet, that’s the rate to help others estimate. There is a tree that grows near the line from house to clean out so my issue was roots.

They loosened a pipe as they were snaking a drain. The pipe started to leak. When I called the owner, he was very short and kept saying it was not their fault even though I did not say that it was. The owner had no interest in evaluating the situation, providing customer service, or speaking professionally. He had the technician who was working on the drain call me. The technician said that he understood what had happened and would "make it right" and talk to his boss. They came back out and sealed the pipe that was leaking as a result of their work with no talk of how much it would cost me. Months later, I received a bill saying that I owed them $150 dollars for resealing the pipe.
