Nathan at EPCO is 10/10. He has come by our home twice to help us out and he has always been knowledgable, friendly, and very honest with us. EPCO is our local plumbing company and I would give them 10/10 all day! Nathan willingly came out for a service call as our trees were uprooted during the tornado that just hit Greenland. We were concerned about our septic lines being damaged and they not only came out same day, but also was willing to go the extra mile to help us navigate the issue on hand. We were deep into a bathroom remodel, and had a issue with valve leaking after moving up handle. We were under pressure as had a tile crew coming the same day. Epco pluming was able to come and fix the issue within a hour. They were so friendly and helpful Mason came and saved the day. He was so friendly and efficient. It was refreshing to have a actual person who cared and knew what he was doing. If we ever need a plummer again, I will be calling epco.
