I had a broken toilet after regular business hours and called a few places in town. Ragan was the only one that answered immediately and had someone out within 30 minutes. Joe did an incredible job, was friendly, and finished the job relatively quick. I will use Ragan again in the future!

Ragan has taken care of our heating, cooling, and plumbing needs for over 20 years. The office staff and schedulers are friendly and efficient, and the field guys are amazing. They check our heating every fall, our AC each spring, and pretty much everything we need in between. Recently, we had trouble with our toilets--as in, for a month, one or both were constantly plugging to the point where we couldn't fix it ourselves (our teenagers are talented in this particular area). Ragan came to our rescue several times, then suggested that we might switch to a more powerful type of commode. They gave us a reasonable quote, and we've been happily flushing ever since. Highly, highly recommended!

Great Service! We were having a minor issue with our furnace at our office and the staff from Ragan was able to make it our here and get us running in the same day. I was not expecting that! I've used Ragan Mechanical twice in the last year. Both experiences have been extremely positive. Most recently we had to have our AC and Furnace replaced. The entire process was handled professionally and with integrity. They spent time explaining my options and answering my questions. The installer went the extra mile to make sure we got what we needed, and the front office staff are pleasant and easy to work with. I would recommend Ragan to anyone needing work done on their home.

We bought a house a couple of weeks ago and while moving in and cleaning everything we discovered that the garbage disposal was bad. They were able to timely schedule an appointment and get Matt out to replace the garbage disposal. Matt was also able to install the new kitchen faucet since we discovered that the old one was faulty after our plumbing appointment had already been scheduled. Matt and my husband checked all the systems in the basement as well and discovered that the drain pipe for the ac was leaking and had soaked the basement. I had moved the drain pipe a couple of days prior because the drain that the pipe was attached to was messed up and had to be cleaned. Matt was able to repair the pipe and even got the water out of the carpet for us. Matt was amazing and took care of everything before I got home from work which I greatly appreciated. I heard all about what happened when I got home and I greatly owe Matt for all his hard work and taking care of so many things for us.
