Shane and his apprentice were wonderful. They explained everything thoroughly and were so considerate of my time. I’m not familiar with pricing in the plumbing industry so I can’t say whatever I paid too much or if it was right where it should be, but I don’t even care because the service I got from Shane was worth it!

I was very impressed with the honesty and knowledge of knowing what I needed and what I didn’t. It felt nice to have someone explain everything in details without taking advantage of. Also, the service is very fast and I would guarantee them 100%.

Needed to replace water heater - NW came out and provided a quote. I scheduled the replacement with one phone call Technician was very courteous and professional. Work was performed in a timely manner and payment was accepted on site. I highly recommend this company as they do business in a fair and respectful way and the work is done properly!

We had Mitch come out today and he was amazing! Great customer service and he found the issue and repaired it quickly. We will definitely be using Northwest again if we have any HVAC issues in the future.
