Had a serious leak from base of toilet into crawl space when flushing. Called RT's Plumbing and got same day service. Major repair was needed flange corroded, had to be cut out. Plumber was Nick and he was professional, excellent work, made me feel very comfortable, showed me work needed step by step, price was reasonable, I am 83 and cannot be more pleased that this problem was fixed properly. While I was out of town my partner had to call RTs to fix a leak. After they fixed the leak they then told her that her water pressure was to high, and gave her a $500 estimate to replace her water pressure regulator ( luckily she waited) I asked her why they didn’t just adjust it, she said she asked and was told it couldn’t be adjusted. When I got home I adjusted it within 45 seconds and the pressure is fine now. We won’t be using them again.

When another company failed to show up RT found time to squeeze me in the schedule. From phone call to fix it took less than three hours. Really appreciated the caring, fast, and knowledgeable service. 10/10. Really saved the day! Thanks again!
