Called on 7/2 regarding broken water heater. Surprisingly he was able to come out on 7/3, order necessary part and have it installed the next business day at a very reasonable cost. Heater is 20 years old and he could have very easily told me it needed to be replaced. Instead, he just replaced the thermostat and it’s been working great. Summary- very nice guy, timely, honest, reasonably priced service.

Scott from Putts Plumbing is awesome! He hooked up the plumbing for my new kitchen sink with one day notice - I called Monday afternoon and he came next day and completed the job. One of the large plumbing companies quoted me $1,200 for this job. Scott and Putts did the work in under two hours for $450. He was honest and straightforward with pricing, and the quality of work is great. Support locally owned small business when you can, Putts is now my go-to for any plumbing work in my home.

Scott - answered my call the first time himself. All scheduling and quotes were given within a day. Called Tuesday scheduled for Friday same week. Very professional and knowledgeable. Handled both of my problems and gave ways to prevent them in the future. Reasonable rattes. Well done.
