Putnam’s Technicians are very well trained. Their scheduling and office staff are very courteous and competent. They are family owned and operated. Don’t look for any bargains here, but you get what you pay for. They are on the high end with pricing, however less expensive companies frequently have multiple visits for the same issue, which wind up costing you more. I have used many plumbing companies and I would rather pay more knowing that the job is done right and guaranteed.

I trust Putnam Plumbing. Whether it's an emergency and last minute help is needed or a quote for a longer term project, we always turn to Putnam. They are responsive and so top quality work and always communicate and show up when they say they will. We can't imagine taking care of our home without their help!

I'm not sure about the several 1 star reviews for this company, but I've yet to have any bad experience or subpar issues with Putnam Plumbing. I've read some of the reviews, and a couple folks said they are rude, etc. I'm not sure I've ever met a plumber who wasn't a little rough around the edges or slightly gruff, and I say that out of kindness and with a smile on my face. The woman who works there in accounts receivable / reception / administration is really kind as well. We use them for our commercial space in Harbor Point, and I hope our services with them continue to be 5 star. Thanks Putnam!
