Steve, David and Martin are excellent. I would highly recommend JNR. They are super knowledable and friendly. I had my water heater break and they were out within 20minutes. The install was completed quickly and the workmanship is at the highest level.

When I came home @ 1:30am to find my dripping sink over flowing, I knew the morning wasn't going to be good for me. I bail out the sink I placed a call to JNR Plumbing as soon as they opened( they had previously done some work for me ) The call was answered by Nicole who put my mind at ease when she informed met that she could dispatch someone in the next half hour to forty-five minutes. And within thirty minute David arrived. His professionalism and knowledge put my mind further at ease. He was able to provide me will a simple "English" explanation of what work would be required to stem the issue and gave me a detailed and fair estimate of work that would needed to be done to ensure that the issue would not recur. As someone who has dealt with JNR on more that one occasion I highly recommend them for you plumbing needs.

Dario and David arrived at my home after I'd experienced a basement flooding issue. After opening up one specific wall, they were able to determine that the cause of my issues was (regrettably) a long-leaking toilet...eww. They explained what the repairs would entail, described the parts required, and detailed the length of time it would take to implement. It was not a pleasant job for them, but they did it rapidly and with great expertise. I will absolutely work with JNR in the future, especially if they send these guys again!
