I woke up early Thursday morning (4-3-2025) with a predetermined plan for my day. Nothing stressful, just a nice day of activity. On the way into my kitchen to turn on my coffee I felt a squish between my toes and heard it as well. Knowing that is not good, but confused, still not all the way awake, I looked down and sure enough there was water on my floor when there is no reason for that to be. It didn't take too long to realize my 21 year old hot water heater was leaking out the bottom. UGH It was still too early to call anybody so I did some online research and if you have a 21 year old hot water that leaks at the bottom, its time for a new one. I called ProFlo the minute they were open and got a human on the phone. I explained my situation and they were there by lunch time and had everything resolved by dinner with a new hot water heater also fixing another plumbing issue that had been annoying me for a while. Over the years this was my third emergency where ProFlo was the hero.

Edwin & Cris took out the old water heater eliminating old hot water recovery from ac as requested in a cramped closet space. While replacing water heater, they provided professional service with excellent communication, & remained pleasant even while waiting out a severe lightning storm. The job went smoothly despite the weather. Thank you guys - excellent job well done!
