I am the third Generation to own this one-hundred-year-old house and wanted to keep the some of the original look inside an out! I always had concerns about the old sewer line. Chris put his camera down the sewer line and show me how it looked and gave me two options! what surprise me is they have a tool that is expensive but makes a clean job and not we will have to start here and will cost you more another company wanted to do or dig a big hole outside which was even more money! They explained everything to us and it made it so much easier to trust the plumbers and people in general. I always was frightend of plumbers coming, but this pro Sewer repair company has proven me. We were referred to Pro Sewer from another plumber who discovered part of our sewer line had collapsed and they don't provide repairs. Rob came out to help almost right away as he happened to be in the area. We were in a hurry to have this fixed due to wanting to sell our home. Things changed quickly and after deciding not to sell our house we had to adjust the timing of getting the sewer repaired. Rob was there for us while it felt like things were spinning. He had someone out right away to re-inspect the sewer and determine next steps. Working with his office to get things squared away for payment and splitting the cost with our neighbor were a breeze. His onsite crew were also topnotch and got the work done in the time specified and at the cost we agreed upon. I would recommend Rob and the Pro Sewer repair team to anyone in need of sewer repair.
