Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Sam L (#1014) from Roto went absolutely above and beyond replacing our water filter today. Could not recommend him highly enough. He was Incredibly professional, friendly, skilled, and thorough. We presented an unusual challenge with our request and some access had to be cut to get the job done. Sam took it in stride. He quickly, cleanly, and thoughtfully problem solved around the issue and went above and beyond the call of duty when the water filter was replaced to return the storage area to good as new. Awesome work & great guy!! Highly recommend

Josh and Will were very responsive to my needs and communicated very clearly what was happening. Would definitely use them again. Now the bad. The front faucet bib installed leak like a sieve, indicating it was not tested. The culprit was the gland nut was only finger tight. I was able to easily correct that, but for the price shouldn’t have had to. My Wife reports oily residue throughout the bathroom. Not sure if something was sprayed, but it was not pleasant to clean up

He was able to clear the clog, explain the likely cause, and offer helpful tips to prevent future issues. John was fantastic!
