We are so pleased with Steve Bettencourt, he has done multiple jobs for us and has never disappointed us. He is fast and friendly and has saved us when our water heater went out ON A WEEKEND.... We returned home on Saturday evening from a week away to find a sink full of dirty dishes and rancid water that would not drain due to a malfunctioning garbage disposal. The house/pet sitter was unable to clear the backup or clean the dishes. I called Precision Plumbing on Sunday afternoon in the hopes that we could get the disposal and kitchen sink back in working order ASAP. Although Precision Plumbing was closed on Sunday, Gary was courteous enough to give me a call back (rather than leave me hanging) to let me know that they could not come out on Sunday, but would put me on their dispatch list for first thing Monday morning. Gary was here by 8:45 and gone by 9:30. Sink drains, new garbage disposal is in place and working -- and the first load of dishes is in the dishwasher!
