Bryce and Dan came out to evaluate a leak around our vent for our tankless water heater. They quickly evaluated the issue and were kind, professional and efficient. They resolved the issue quickly and fairly. They also discussed the repair with our roofing company. They went above and beyond . We would certainly recommend this company. We have worked with them for over 15 years and have always been satisfied with their work.

Excellent service, communication and responsive. Love this company. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Haven’t had a technician in my house I didn’t feel comfortable with. Today Ryan came out to change out an old faucet to a new one. He is efficient, careful and did an excellent job. Thrilled with this company every time I use them. Have used them for all my HVAC and all my plumbing work. Huge repipe jobs and small repairs. 6 stars!

I’ve used this company a few times and every time the techs have been very kind and helpful. This time I called and they sent someone in within 20 minutes. I was very grateful as I had two very sweaty toddlers that needed a bath and we had no hot water. They fixed everything same day, which I appreciated.

We recently had 2 water heaters replaced with Tankless water heaters and our experience was great! They were fast, efficient and friendly. Everything was explained well up front and the process was exactly as promised. Aaron was the lead plumber and he was amazing! Highly Recommend Paramedics! Great service people, kept our aging system going without trying to sell us a new system! Just bought a new furnace, air conditioner & water heater! (Yes, they all needed to be replaced!) Locally owned - wouldn’t use anyone else! Jeff in sales was professional explained our options well and was not “hard sell”! Use them!
