⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service – Every Single Time! I’ve been a customer of Pierce Plumbing Heating & Air for years, and they have never let me down. Most recently, I called at 7:00 AM because my main AC unit wasn’t cooling. I spoke with Mary, the Service Manager, who was incredibly professional and reassuring. By 10:30 AM, their technician Colby contacted me to let me know he was on the way. Colby went above and beyond—he communicated clearly from the moment he was en route, explained the issue once he arrived, fixed the problem efficiently, and even followed up afterward to ensure everything was still working properly. This level of customer service is rare these days, but it’s clearly the standard at Pierce Plumbing. I genuinely can’t give them enough stars for the consistently exceptional service they provide to me and my family. Thank you, Pierce Plumbing Heating & Air! You’ve earned a lifelong customer.
Pat and Cody were very nice and knowledgeable of leaking hot water heater. However we paid $265 just for them to come out and diagnose this problem. They were done in less than 1 hour. They told my husband (Pat called my husband with prices) and I when we questioned them both separately about this, that they are told to charge this by the office. They were already in our area and are about 45 minutes from our house. So they are charging everyone these kind of prices isn’t right.
Called them because our tub/shower faucet was leaking. They looked at it, went to get parts, then came back and “repaired” it. I don’t recall the exact amount of that bill, but it was in the hundreds. By the time they got to the end of our street, it was leaking again. We were told we needed a new assembly inside the wall. Luckily, there was an access panel, so they could get right in there. The existing trim kit (knobs, spout, etc.) were a very basic chrome and acrylic set. They asked if we wanted those replaced so everything would be new. We agreed and they left to get more parts. They said no store in town had chrome, and asked if we wanted bronze (which wouldn’t go with anything in there). We said no, and they offered to order a chrome kit. They got the new unit in the wall installed and just put the old knobs back on temporarily. They gave us a bill for nearly a thousand dollars on top of what we already paid them after they didn’t fix it the first time. We were assuming that covered everything and they would just come install the trim kit when it arrived. A few days later, they came to install it, and showed up with some high-end trim kit that was nothing like what was previously there, then (after they were “finished”) they handed us another bill for hundreds of dollars. I emphasize “finished” because they were done, packed up, and about to head out. When I got home (my wife was home while they did the work), I saw that the work was incomplete, malfunctioning, and very sloppy. The cold water knob can turn either direction, and you have to find the perfect spot in the middle for it to shut off. The trim around the valves and the spout had gaps in the caulk and caulk was messily smeared around them. The shower pipe where the shower head attaches is now completely loose, moving a couple of inches within its hole, and the trim isn’t in place or caulked. It’s just the pipe coming out of a hole in the wall and the trim just loosely slides down the pipe and rests against the shower head. I had heard good things about Pierce, but our experience has been that we were grossly overcharged for some shoddy workmanship.
I had issues with my plumbing in my house that needed to be fixed ASAP, and I figured since these guys did great work at my job, they'd be the go-to people to call. I was wrong. Maybe they're good if you DON'T have an emergency, but if you do....look elsewhere. I called to see when a plumber could come out, because I have biological functions and it's pretty inconvienent to have to run to your neighbor's house to use their facilities. They said it would be today or tomorrow, with no real time on when they'd show up. So...I took off work in case they showed up. They didn't call, much like a person ghosting you after a first date. I wasted all day. I wasn't about to waste 2 days on this, especially with water trying to destroy the place I call home. Finally, I got tired of not being able to use the bathroom and constantly shoveling water out of my house like I was in a sinking boat, and called Roto-Rooter- they arrived 20 minutes after I called, and after $200 and an hour later, my issues were fixed. Like I said, if you need something fixed ASAP, look elsewhere. If you can wait, they're probably pretty good.
Wanted to try a more local place for help and because I wanted some more work done very soon by installing some things but lesson learned and I won’t be re-booking with them. They do not have a diagnostic fee or anything they charge per hour I’m guessing from the time they start driving. $250 for honestly nothing technical. Our water heater loss power but turns out it just needed a hard reset - turned off at the breaker box for 10 mins and turn back on and it’s working now. Giving three stars because they did fix the problem but $250 for hardly any work is pretty crazy will be going back to our regular company that charges a diagnostic fee and scheduled appointments. I would like to also add that this was within normal business hours I’m so grateful that I didn’t get the after hours guy to come by because i would have probably had to pay $500 for nothing! *update our water heater went out again and I still don’t know the cause.
