Tech came to my house and was there for less than an hour. When I got the bill I was charged for 3 hours. When I called to ask about it they handled situation poorly and unprofessional. Very disappointed since I’ve worked with them in past and had a good experience before.

Pettitt was extremely helpful and caring replacing my parents furnace late this fall. After being taken by another company and ghosted by another, Pettitt came through. They worked through a complicated job and came up with a reasonable solution. Excellent work just in time before the cold deep freeze weather came through. I will only go with Pettitt from now on. The staff is amazing.

We have used Pettitt many times to do major plumbing pipe replacement, move and replace a water heater, and also for furnace cleaning and repairs. Twice when the furnace abruptly stopped working on cold days, they were able to get someone out the same day, even on a Friday afternoon. Friendly and professional service.

Pettitt is very thorough, and quick. I called for an estimate at another local heating place 3 times over a month ago and still haven't heard back. I called Pettitt and they were here 3 days later.

They are always prompt to respond, work swiftly and professionally, snd are reasonably priced. Technician was an excellent young man. Had to replace a part he had replaced at the beginning of the year. NOT HIS FAULT, but still apologized and had our furnace running in no time. I would not hesitate to recommend Pettitt.
