Paul Henderson Plumbing

Was not impressed at all with Paul Henderson Plumbing and their technician Jordan in particular. Jessica/their front office is great and very responsive and reasonable, but unfortunately that does not outweigh how unfortunate our experience with Jordan was. Jordan left a mess in our kitchen after installing a gas line, left holes bigger than were necessary for water lines so cold air and bugs now come up through our crawl space and he smoked on our property. We addressed all of this with them via email and phone and Jordan never apologized or took responsibility for making our house smell like cigarettes and said that everything he did was standard (meaning they don't caulk/seal holes) and their company policy is that they're allowed to smoke on the property's driveway. He was very rude and unprofessional and the most they were willing to give was $40 off a $2,800 bill. Did not feel good to pay that much money for something that left our house smelling bad and dirtier than it was before. I would not recommend Paul Henderson Plumbing to anyone. Their work was sloppy and their tech was really unpleasant to work with.

Paul Henderson plumbing is the greatest. Never try to upsell but always tries to fix the problem in the most cost effective way. Sean was our technician and he is terrific. Explained everything he was doing and obviously has great pride in his work.

Sean did a great job installing a new faucet and drain in powder bath. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. I will continue to use Paul Henderson plumbing on all my future work!

We have used Paul Henderson Plumbing in the past numerous times to fix our pipes and they have done a wonderful job. This time around we had Ted and he is amazing! We had a clogged in our kitchen sink which he was not able to fix but he recommended Zoom drains which they were able to fix. He was worth the service fee. Our AC went down and I had to check to make sure there wasn’t an electrical issue, so I reset the panel and all the electricity went out. Ted was so sweet that he came to the basement to check on us which was my toddler and I and even tried to troubleshoot it for us. Unfortunately it was beyond him. Again, Ted is just the greatest and he is a representation of why we use Paul Henderson Plumbing. Definitely requesting Ted again if we ever need plumbing needs to be done again. Thanks Ted!!!

Everything was great with the actual install of a new sump pump and water powered sump backup. The only complaint I had was having to reschedule twice before the job was done. Luckily this wasn’t a timely repair or I would have been screwed.
