Exceptional company, everyone from office personal to the technician showed great levels of professionalism. Tech came out promptly located the leak in my main quickly had it repaired within an hour. Pricing was fair the techs even went to great effort when digging in my yard when I got home I couldn’t find any rocks in my grass and they had cut away the sod and replaced it back in a manner where you would have never known a 3 foot deep hole was dug in my yard that day. I am very pleased with the service, hopefully I will never need their services again but if that day comes they will be the ones I call.

MOD has been so helpful for several projects. We're living in a rent house while we renovate, and they've helped with small and large projects at both homes. Before moving forward on projects, we got several bids. Estimates from MOD were better than almost all competitors, and quality of work promised and delivered was higher. Shane and Adam have helped with water heaters and HVAC needs, both doing great work, always with good attitudes. Will and his plumbing team have helped us problem solve and ensure clean work is done for sinks, showers, pot filler, gas lines, washer/dryer relocation. We've done remodeling projects before, and I can easily say this is my favorite plumbing team I've worked with. Their expertise is obvious based on speed, precision, and quality. When they say they'll do something, they do it and do it right. We'll keep using them going forward.

Will and his crew were wonderful from start to finish. They completed two separate jobs for us and both were completed when they said they would be. They were all very polite, took time to explain/show what needed to done, and always communicated when they would arrive. I highly recommend Masters of Disaster. Got a recommendation given to us to call these guys and wasn’t disappointed. We had an avalanche of work that needed done because of our recent move into a ‘new’ house that had some issues. Broken main bath faucet handle, toilet replacement, clogged shower drain that needed some industrial grade snaking, plus a few other things. AJ and Colby were great. I felt like they took their time to make sure the jobs were completed in a thorough and efficient manner. And the price for this was very reasonable and fair. Will definitely call them in the future.
