Look no further then Pasadena Plumbing. 5 star service from 5 star people. Really needed someone to come out day of and they made it work, heck yes! Water heater heats and works great. They explained what they did and other work they can do in the future if we need additional help. Highly recommend!!

Awful communication and customer service. Asked for a call before they were coming. Did not happen. Came in, looked at toilets, no explanation of costs or any information. Just fixed it then slaps a $500 bill on the table. Could have bought 2 brand new toilets for this price. They can highly recommended but I will not be using them again. When I called to ask about it, Jeff said “our prices haven’t changed in 20 years” but no prices were shared over the phone or when he arrived. Disappointed

Pasadena Plumbing was able to get to me in about 2 hours. The day after Memorial Day was hectic, but Jeff showed up and showed OUT!!! I couldn't have asked for better. Jeff cut out the entire section where my old filtration system(inconveniently and in my opinion, irresponsibly placed) was, and installed the new one in a way that is easily accessible now. The PVC pipe was split in 2 pieces. He cut that section out and reconfigured that area too. Jeff made sure everything was working correctly and to my liking. In and out in about 2 hours. And when I tell you it was HOT out there today......Whew! Jeff, you're the man!

Jim helped me clear up a permit that had been incorrectly entered into the City of St. Pete's permit system. He did not have to help me with this matter, but took it into his hands to get this issue cleared up for me. If you are looking for an honest and reliable plumber, this is who you need to call!

Can't say enough good things about our experience with Pasadena Plumbing. Our condo associations 20 slip dock had a complete rebuild and fortunately for us, chose Pasadena Plumbing to install all new water lines to each slip and fish cleaning table. They did a great job and were prompt, courtious, professional with no unwanted surprises. Excellent.
