Paragon Plumbing

We bought a new home recently and have had Paragon Plumbing take care of a few projects for us. The latest issue that we encountered was a garbage disposal that wouldn’t work. Our technician, Cliff, took the time to diagnose the problem and try to repair the unit instead of immediately upselling us on a brand new one. He ended up having to replace it but we appreciated the effort. It’s nice to have a plumber nearby that is honest

My kitchen and bathroom was undergoing some renovations and I had hired a handyman recommended by a neighbor to save some money. He was excellent, when he showed up that is. We got all the work in the kitchen done but the bathroom was another story. I finally got sick of being unable to use my bathroom so I called some local plumbers. Paragon was the first ones that picked up. They came out the next day to check out the project and had it done within the week. I was happy to pay a little more for the work.

Paragon Plumbing was excellent!! Very responsive, extremely helpful on the phone, they came out and diagnosed the problem, took time to explain everything to me, then gave me a price That I thought was fair.

Extremely professional, service oriented, fast response time, and pricing was very competitive. 100% will be using them again for my plumbing needs.

I have cliff out to service my water heater every year. Always on time friendly fast and clean.
