I've had Pann do a lot of work in my place, including a heat pump installation and a total bathroom remodel. Dave, Steve, and the whole team were awesome. They did everything with a super high quality bar and went out of their way to make things better, like changing the placement of my A/C vent in the bathroom. If you choose Pann I highly recommend singing up for the Pann Protection Plan because you get a lot of value for the money.

Our plumber, Shane, is incredible. He just came to our house in the middle of the night and not only helped fix the issue but was incredibly friendly the whole time. Shane gave us top notch service. He even face-timed with us before coming, to look at the problem and help advise us. You can tell he loves his job and loves helping people. He is incredibly knowledgeable, personable and exactly who you want as a plumber. Thank you Shane!!! And thank you Pann Home Services for having such an awesome team.

In my experience, they were very professional, got here on time every morning, and were extremely polite. They were really on top of things. My neighbor who was extremely fastidious with his house, has used them for years, so I was not surprised. Thank you guys! Eddie Dave Amber and Brandon!!

I highly recommend PANN for their responsiveness and the consistent professionalism and expertise of the people who work for this company. Shane was terrific. He was careful and thorough and fixed the problem I was having with a carbon monoxide alarm that wouldn’t stop peeping despite my changing the battery. He was very respectful and good at explaining things. While ultimately not an emergency (but it was a CO alarm), my dogs were totally freaked out by the incessant alarm that they kept trying to warn us about. After assessing there was no CO, Shane fixed the problem in a minute and we are grateful. All that being said, I was stunned by the charge! All that was needed was to unplug the unit from the source that was wired into the house, for which I was charged $250! Of course I could have done that if I had known it was safe and just wish the people who installed it had shared this information after I spent thousands installing the new boiler when they set it up. Expensive lesson learned.

Kevin and Jason replaced an old leaking faucet in kitchen. They were courteous and professional. They did an excellent job!
