We had a water heater emergency (on a Sunday!) and with one call to Minuteman we had a technician (Nate) come to our house and fix the leak within a couple of hours. No charge! A technician team came the following day, removed the damaged water heater and installed a new one within 3 hours. The team members were courteous, knowledgeable and professional.
