I’ve had the good fortune of working with Oswalt’s to keep my nearly 100 year old home functioning for years. Every single time, they have proven knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly proficient in diagnosing the root cause of a problem and providing a successful solution. Even minor drain calls are handled by folks that are considerate, careful to explain the issue, and every single employee that I have met over the last few years makes my family comfortable roaming around in and around our home. I can’t overstate how important it is to work with a family business that makes MY family feel comfortable and cared for.

Oswalt's was contacted because I had a clogged drain pipe that I could not clear on my own. I spoke with Madison and she was outstanding. The next day Curtis arrived and took care, not only of the problem, but he went above and beyond. I received a free inspection of the rest of the internal piping. He provided me a wealth of preventive maintenance advice that I can do to extend the life of my washer and hot water heater as well. Prompt, professional, and polite! Finally, a company that shares my kind of customer service! I already started recommending Oswalt's to others! Thank you!
