Before that, I’d reached out to several plumbing companies across the Denver metro area, and the quotes I received were outrageously high and frankly unreasonable. When I spoke with Krasi, he took the time to understand the issue, asked for a photo of the leak and the shower assembly’s manufacturer, and quickly identified the root cause. He then gave me a refreshingly fair and reasonable estimate. Krasi showed up the very next day with the necessary parts and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. Krasi installed a new water heater for me today and was very quick and responsive. We woke up to a leak in our basement and he was over this morning within a few minutes of calling. Fixed and replaced the water heater in just over an hour. Highly recommend! On Point Plumbing did a great job installing my new water heater! Krasi was very kind & explained everything to me including the circulation pump. He was on time & cleaned up the area after he was done. I needed someone to service our garbage disposal and shower and found excellent reviews for On Point Plumbing. Krasi was a quick and efficient, reasonably priced, and courteous. He was able to remove an object lodged deep in our disposal and get it working again. Krasi also fixed a squealing showerhead that had been driving us crazy for years! We had another plumber look at it who was not able to diagnose the issue/stop the noise. That plumber indicated it would be a time-consuming, costly fix, but Krasi replaced the showerhead, and it has been working perfectly ever since! I highly recommend On Point Plumbing and will definitely reach out to Krasi with any future issues.
