Absolutely the best! Luke was friendly and professional. He went out of his way to make sure I understood what was going on with identifying the leak source in my hall bath and the required fix. Next, the installation of my new faucet in the kitchen went seamlessly. Luke’s attention to detail is impeccable. I really appreciated that he did double check the two projects, before leaving, to make sure all was working as they should. And it still is! 😃 Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!

My experience with OBPC was superb from beginning to end. This is my 2nd time with them. I have great customer service with the whole team from Brandon , Melanie and down to the service tech Jeff. Jeff was very nice courteous and informative. He was also patient with me and took time to answer all my questions. I will most definitely refer them to future customers
