This is the second clog I’ve had in my apartment in 2 weeks. George & Will came in and took care of the issue in less time than the first two techs (or maintenance here at the apartment). They were so nice, professional, made sure to explain the issue, and made sure to clean up whatever mess they made - which was minimal. Absolutely amazing! Thank you both so much!

In my opinion, you should avoid this company at all costs. They wasted my entire morning by sending two technicians who appeared inexperienced and arrived without a supervisor to inspect a drain and hook up an espresso machine and glass rinser. They seemed unprepared for even these basic tasks, then left without doing a thing and said a supervisor would come the next day at some point to complete the service. When I called the company to address my concerns, I spoke with a manager named Bob who I found to be extremely rude and dismissive. At no point did anyone apologize for the inconvenience. Based on this experience, I would never hire them again.

Hector and Carlos did a wonderful job replacing our water heater a couple months ago. Leaving this review a bit later because it allowed time to see how everything worked after the replacement, and it has been great! They went above and beyond by even clearing some blockage in our kitchen sink faucet that they noticed while testing the water after installing the new unit - that was truly phenomenal and the water pressure has been better on that faucet since then. Also appreciate how they protected our carpet as they went in and out on a rainy day. Truly excellent workmanship and service!

I called O'Connor Plumbing and Evelyn helped us set the appointment. The plumbers got here in less than 20 minutes! Steve Turner and Trent were professional, efficient and followed COVID guidelines. They replaced our Water Heater's expansion tank and replaced a faulty valve on the water line. They were done within an hour and left behind a great job and happy customers!

Ken Robinson came to the apartment and fixed our sink issue. It wasn’t the prettiest situation to be apart of but Ken handled it like a true professional and I appreciated that immensely! I don’t know how he even had the energy to be social afterwards lol. He represents the company well. Thank you Ken!
