NWA C&S Plumbing

We had one of the worst contractor experiences of our entire build. We first engaged with them back in April, spent months planning, going over their quote, and keeping their schedule in mind. After all of that time, literally months, they backed out a week before work was supposed to start, leaving us completely stranded. Why? Because we asked questions. Not unreasonable changes, not scope creep — just normal, basic questions about their quote and how things would be handled under the slab. Instead of being professional and working with us, they decided they didn’t want to deal with it and walked away. That’s not only unprofessional, it’s downright careless, especially after leading us on for so long and knowing our entire project schedule depended on them. We had coordinated multiple contractors around their timeline and were ready to move forward when they pulled the rug out from under us at the last minute. The result has been weeks of lost time, added stress, and potentially thousands in delays. If you value communication, professionalism, or simply expect a company to stand by its word, I strongly recommend you avoid using them. They wasted months of our time, disappeared when it mattered, and left us scrambling right before critical work was supposed to happen. This is not a company you want to trust with your project.

They did an excellent job in locating and repairing a 10 foot section of galvanized pipe/waterline to my house. Also fixed a valve while they were at it. Acted quickly in an emergency. Much appreciated. I will definitely use them again. Many plumbers don’t show up or even call you back nowadays in the Fayetteville area. They did a great job and I appreciate the excellent customer service.

Call This Plumber!!! Had a main drain line clogged. Called another place that came out. Said they couldn’t unclog it, that even if they did it would just clog right back up. Tried to tell me that my pipe was collapsed and that they were going to have to cut my concrete to spot fix it cost me few thousand dollars. Tried to sell me a liner system for my pipes that was quoted at 20k. I called NWA C&S. He came out the next day and had my pipes cleared within an hour. No collapsed pipe. No cutting concrete, no need for a liner and not thousands of dollars. Ran a camera down the pipe and it’s clean as a whistle. He is a good honest person that does good work for a fair price. I will call NWA C&S plumbing for any future plumbing needs and recommend them to everyone and anyone who asks.

I’m facilities manager for an off-campus student housing complex near the U of A. I used C&S Plumbing several times they’ve always come through fair pricing their prompt their thorough very professional. I’ve tried using many of the other big name Plumbing companies around NWA they’re usually booked up or you have to wait for several days if not weeks their prices are usually outrageous. Their work is usually mediocre at best. I always prefer to use a smaller company. Someone who’s willing to stand behind their work with their name on their trucks seen as Plumbing’s a great option. I highly recommend them

I hired these guys to fix a leak and not only was the gentleman very polite, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. Needless to say, I’ll be hiring these folks any time I have a plumbing issue. Thanks for doing an excellent job Philip and sharing your knowledge. I did forget to ask about a military discount though. That would’ve been appreciated.
