My boiler went down on Thanksgiving and I live on a tight budget. Very impressed for the respect they gave me and took care of the problem right away. I was expecting a much larger bill just from past problems with my boiler. The gentleman was very polite and did a great job. Thank you for bringing warmth back into our home.

I called this company today and they sent out Nathan Dantone. Nate was very professional, funny, and got straight to work. He diagnosed the pipe problem very quickly. We were very pleased with him and will definitely be calling them for future plumbing issues. He went above and beyond to explain the issues and get the repair that we needed.

Kirsten H. Is a top notch person. Answered all my questions and went above and beyond fixing issues we were dealing with from a shady bathroom remodeling company. Pay her more or keep her happy because she is an amazing employee. She absolutely is the best at what she does. Because of her, I used Northwest again for some HVAC work on my furnace. The second go around was not so great. The worker did an excellent job, but then when it came time to the bill, I was hit with a bill that was not transparent at all and they would not offer an itemized invoice. Seemed as if they were just throwing out a number without reason. Learned a lesson and hopefully you do too. Buyer beware. If you contract this company out, they will throw arbitrary numbers out without any evidence of how much the work actually costs.

Not only did NW Mechanical respond quickly, but they turned a stressful plumbing situation into nothing more than yesterday’s problem just as quickly. Shane that came out was professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. Top tier people who really care and react to their customers!
