Andy Lewis arrived on time, along with a Elephant Energy representative. They did an initial site assessment for a planned mini-split installation. Andy was attentive and helpful, explaining the installation process and answering any questions that we had. It was a positive first experience with NOCO.

And the many service providers who worked on the installation and testing of our system were dependable, professional and highly skilled during all of our encounters with them. The system we chose was energy efficient and pricey and the NOCO ES team has been very helpful in providing cost saving rebates and documentation to reduce our costs.

Technician Jacob showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, had the correct part, and verified the A/C unit was operating correctly. In addition, furnace blower capacitor was tested and deemed ok. He then recommended we set the blower to medium speed from low to get better performance out of our unit, a good call! Jacob is very pleasant to work with, and educated me about my system along the way. Will use this company in the future!
