Balance Point came out to replace our 27-year-old gas furnace + AC system with new kit. Got the job done in a day. Jacob and his crew worked hard, and left a clean, professional install. I'm very happy. Thanks, y'all!

Jeremiah Sanchez did an excellent job replacing my gas water heater with a new heat pump model and mixing valve, and readily moved and reconnected my home-built drainwater heat reclaimer. He made very neat work of the complex arrangement of shut-off valves, check valves and T's in copper and PEX. He removed the unnecesary gas, combustion air and exhaust lines so that this installation looks new, not like the retrofit that it is. He was very dilligent and courteous, a pleasure to have in my house (basement).

Update: came back after restoration to complete pipe work got us up and living in our home again thank you so much!!! So straightforward with us great communication and very professional. Jeremiah Sanchez was awesome!! Came out same day gave me good information and found a significant fix that will keep my family healthy. Thank you!!

Nick was very thorough with the annual maintenance of my air conditioning. He is a very nice person who obviously cares about the clients he works for. He took time to let me know that there was a possible issue that I need to monitor and told me how I would know if/when I need to call. Balance Point is very lucky to have Nick as part of its team. We called Balance Point on a Friday evening and were told that someone would call us back the next morning to schedule a visit. The tech actually called us back a few minutes later to set up an appointment for Saturday morning. He came out on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Less than 30 minutes later, our AC was up and running again, for a fraction of the cost of the other companies' weekend service charge. Great experience with Balance Point!!
