Called them when we had a mystery sewage odor coming from our basement and they were able to send someone out within 30 minutes! Joe was super helpful, informative, and kind. He and his apprentice fixed us up quickly and for a reasonable cost. Will definitely be returning customers in the future!

We've used Bob Waltz Plumbing and heating for years and found them to be both reliable and demonstrating excellent quality of work. Recently, we had no working shower and we had an afternoon appointment, but other work ran late and caused Waltz to try and reschedule our appointment the next day. Having other commitments, we were not able to reschedule our appointment. Despite the day's work time ending, Joe came to our house, fixed the problem and was GREAT in explaining our situation. We will continue to use Bob Waltz Plumbing and Heating, because of people like Joe and don't hesitate in recommending them to others

We're longtime, residential customers of N. E. Bob Waltz Plumbing & Heating. They're always there when we need them for plumbing or HVAC. Last night, at 8PM, verging on a hot July Fourth weekend, I noticed our outside AC unit (the compressor) wasn't working, and the house was heating up. Chad from Waltz was there in under an hour, found the problem immediately (some wiring had come undone), and fixed it within about 15 minutes. Thank you, Chad, and thank you Waltz! Once again, there for us in a pinch!

I can’t say enough nice things about Erik! He really knew what he was doing and took the time to check everything with our heat pump and walk me through it. It had gone out during the heat wave. We had another HVAC company come in first and quote us 5k for a new compressor claiming it was busted. At the recommendation of a Neighbhor, we had this company come out. Turned out it was a 30 dollar fix with the capacitor. Always appreciate an honest and knowledgable technician.

Waltz Plumbing is reliable, prices in line, if not more reasonable that most plumbers/HVAC companies, and always do quality work. For 2 years they have provided service to our HVAC unit. We’ve replaced our SUMP pump - called and they were here within 24 hours. Now we replaced water heater with Gas Tankless system. They coordinated with Washington Gas for new gas meter, county inspection, and did quality work over several days. The plumbers - Steve, Jeff & Jason - were exceptional to work with, as noted Waltz always shows up on time or calls to say they are running late (needed to get supplies), kept me informed of what they were doing, and cleaned up each day leaving the area even clearer than before. You call courteous office staff then quality work and exceptional workers, Jeff Waltz, and the entire company. Read “Best in Frederick” and that is true…highly recommend!
