The service technicians arrived on time, were friendly, professional, and worked efficiently to diagnose and fix the issue. They not only resolved the immediate problem quickly, but also took the time to explain additional options that could help improve the overall performance of my system. Older outside unit stopped working during extreme July heat wave. Spoke with Katie at the Markool office (who was most cordial and prompt to help get an appointment same day). Technician, Mike, came out in the heat of afternoon, introduced himself and had us repaired within 5-10 minutes. Tremendously helpful and fantastic experience! Definitely will have them service again when necessary. Looking forward to having them replace the system soon (and they promptly responded to my request for a system quote at end of visit).

Markool saved us on a scorching 110 degree day when calls to our current contracted company went unanswered for hours. Mike Carter arrived within the hour, diagnosed a failed capacitor, and had our system up and running again within 30 minutes. Canceled our contract with Tucker’s and are now a Markool family. Markool replaced the heatpump for us. Very reasonably priced and they did excellent work. Had an issue with the unit they sent out on install day, Friday, but they had it up and running come Monday morning. Went to change the filter the other day and the condensation pipe wouldn't allow the filter to come out so they came onsite and had everything fixed in minutes. They also did another piece of warranty work while onsite and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend Markool

From the first meeting with the salesman to the final checklist and orientation with the installers required less than one week. Their professionalism, knowledge, friendliness and can do attitude made the entire experience of purchasing and installing a heat pump system stress free and seamless. Installing the WiFi connected system: new outdoor condenser, new air handler and heating kit, new thermostat, new electrical wiring etc. was accomplished in one day. We were offered four choices of equipment and chose one that suited our needs and budget. We are very happy with the result. We highly recommend Markool!
