Mainline Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling of Pompano is a well run and a very efficient Team. The responded very quickly to our call for AC service. They arrived within 2 hours and diagnosed our issue. We got a quick and fair written estimate to repair our AC. We chose to have our Unit replaced and they were back the next morning to remove and install the new system. Aramis, Luis, and Denzel were a great crew that did a fantastic job on our challenging install due to a small restrictive space. The were polite and communicated throughout the process so we were always up to speed. They cleaned up well and then followed up with texts and calls after they returned back to the shop to make sure we were cooling effectively. They were able to come the same day and in the time frame that they said they would. The tech was also very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He was also very kind, patient and understanding when I had to have him explain some things multiple times because let’s face it, I am not an AC technician and some things were just not clicking the first time. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent service ! Arrived first thing in the morning. Was given a window time frame from telephone person the day before. Garrett arrived soon after the window started which was much appreciated because I didn’t have to wait for hours. He communicated to let me know 30 min before his arrival time. He thoroughly went through all my plumbing concerns. He charged a fair price. He worked efficiently and had my water turned on as soon as he finished. He used state of the art technology ( a pipe presser) instead of torching it. The finished product was much better than what I had before. He changed a main valve and 2 other outdoor valves/ spigots. I am very happy with the finished product ! I definitely would recommend Garrett and Mainline for any plumbing job.
