Sean from Lezgus did a great job clearing up the problem, also changing filters for us. He explained in layman’s terms why it occurred, and future prevention. He was punctual, professional and knowledgeable.

Unprofessional unserious company. They didn't show up and when I called them, Dean started to make up stories and deny he received an email from me. He was only giving low profile excuses.

Everyone is so professional and nice. I have used them for 5 years and I cannot recommend them enough. All the technicians are polite, informative. Pat is so nice and always calls to let me know when someone is coming. All around a great company.

I had an emergency and sure that is my fault for not planning for a broken pipe I am sure. Initially they were happy to schedule a plumber to come the next morning for the 15 minute capping the pipe then called back saying so sorry they had a big job come up that was more important to them and they could see me in 3 days leaving me without shower or toilet but you know big job and I was 3 miles away. Needless to say I found a great plumber who is getting my complete pipe work renovations. They had a big job but they got this bad review and bad reputation out of it.

I just wanted to express my gratitude to Lezgus Plumbing for their prompt and courteous service, They provided with the comfort and the follow through call to make sure my needs were met by explaining to me the work that needed to be done. Also for recommending an electrician Meyers Electric, who also provided me with exceptional service. I will recommend these companies to others.
