Phillip did a great job in a hurry. We had leaking Laundry faucets, that required a new box, faucets and an access hole and cover. Our laundry has been piling up while we are waiting for a new washer to be delivered this morning, so we were under a lot of stress. He explained everything, was professional, polite and extra helpful. He cleaned up everything perfectly. The only thing we did not like is the bill, but we understand that this is just the price of plumbing parts and labor these days. Rating A+++++ for Phillip Norris and KB.

I tried to do what I thought would be an easy plumbing repair myself, but It didn’t work out. So we needed emergency plumbing repair done on a Sunday afternoon. We called KB Complete, and in a couple hours Kyle showed up and fixed the water leak for us quickly. If we need any plumbing work done in the future, we will definitely call KB Complete again!

Krys came out to complete the HVAC inspection. He did a thorough inspection of my whole system and made good recommendations. Nice guy and I’m happy with his work!

Philip Norris was: on time; knowledgeable; obviously good at his craft; a fine representative of his employer; courteous; kind; an excellent listener tuned into my concerns (including budget); and didn’t show the “ants in the pants” syndrome (in a hurry to get away). He helped me troubleshoot some problems with creative solutions while taking the time to prepare multiple quotes, for me, with different options. He didn’t put high pressure on me to commit to anything (I need to clear things with the wife first). I probably owe him a dinner… and my favorite part of the visit was he shared with me some eating places to try out (even how many scoops of sauces to use at a local Mongolian grill stop). Nice guy… and he’d be our assigned plumber if we take the family plan!

Greg was on time, professional and took all the time necessary to explain what things my 40 year old home needed to be brought up to code. He fixed the issue I needed remedied without issue. In the future I will be utilizing KB. Thanks Greg!!
