Nick, our plumbing technician, was fantastic! He arrived promptly and was very friendly and approachable. He walked me through the work he was going to do (installing a backup thermal tank, cleaning out a floor drain). An hour and a half later, the work was done. I would highly recommend Nick and the folks at Blue Duck for all your plumbing needs.

Same day service- Gage and associate arrived at our home early afternoon to assess replacing our vintage 1997 toilets. Options and estimate were available after a few minutes. More efficient replacements were retrieved and job was complete by 5:30p that afternoon. Crew was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough throughout. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience to make this project seamless and pain free! Blue Duck Plumbing will be at the top of my list for future plumbing needs.

We had a very stressful foundation project, and Gage and Anthony played an instrumental role in mapping out some plumbing to prevent any unexpected issues. He went out of his way to answer our many questions and took the time to explain details about the plumbing in our home. His knowledge, patience, and clear communication helped ease a lot of our anxiety, and he did an excellent job from start to finish. Before this work, we had John out to investigate a couple of concerns, and he was also extremely helpful—quickly ruling out potential issues we thought we might have. Blue Duck has a fantastic team of plumbers who work hard, go above and beyond, and truly care about their customers. I highly recommend them.

was referenced to Blue Duck by Day and Night plumbing. The young man who came out was extremely professional and pleasant. issues was handled from start to finish within 5 hours. Staff was upfront with costs, and process. we had a similar issue that was handled by rotorooter about 8 months earlier and they charged us five times what these good folks did and took almost 8 times as long to do it in. will never contact rotorooter again, and will definitely go with Blue Duck in the future! EDIT: Josh came out today for an inspection. He gave multiple options as well as financing information for each option. Very kind, was very kind and patient with my daughter and pets! Incredible team! Will definitely look to Blue Duck for future work, as well as suggest them to friends and family!

We had a leak in a spot where two hot water pipes joined. Gage and Asher were able to diagnose the problem quickly and repair it in less than an hour. Excellent work! Here are some before and after photos.
