🚨I wish I would’ve heeded the bad reviews about this plumber. However, he had a convincing reply and good excuse for all negative comments. The #1 reason we will never want to do business with Mr. Ju again is because he left us hanging big time. We paid him to assess and fix our bathroom but he made it worst and then tried to charge us an additional fee to repair his mess up. I have to warn other homeowners of business people like this because when he messed up, he didn’t care at all about the client. Terrible customer service. We paid Mr. Ju $50 to assess and quote us on repairing a 2nd floor bathroom that we haven’t used in years. My husband suspected a leak but we weren’t sure so we hired Mr. Ju to look at it. He arrived Friday afternoon. He said that he didn’t see a leak after turning on the water lines to the shower and tub. So he asked if he can rip a hole in the wall to see if there’s a leak behind the wall. I said it was okay to rip a hole in the wall and I let him assess the bathroom alone while I waited downstairs. Well it was taking a while so when I walked upstairs into the bathroom, he was removing the caulking from around the tub. I didn’t give him permission to do that but he confidently said that’s where the water was leaking. So we agreed on a price to fix the tub, install a toilet, and sink fixtures. Our goal was to completely have that bathroom fully functional again. We needed time to buy the supplies (fixtures etc.) so we hired him to work about 6 days out (Thursday). After about 2 days, my husband went into the garage and saw a pool of water coming from the upstairs bathroom that Mr. Ju looked at. The leak wasn’t there prior to him looking at our bathroom. He was the first and only plumber that assessed our bathroom so we knew it was something that he did. When I called him for help and explained that now we have a leak, he made many excuses. He wasn’t able to come help us immediately and wanted to charge us $200 to fix whatever he broke. When we hired a more professional plumber to look at it for free, he noticed that the valve broke because it was really old and unused. Mr. Ju must’ve accidentally broke it turning it on. However, he didn’t warn us that may happen and when it did happen he didn’t want to try to help us at all.

I was very happy that I found Ju. He was very professional and did the job well. He followed through with when he said he was coming and communicated throughout the job. I will definitely get him in the future for any plumbing needs.

Highly recommend. He removed a free standing tub faucet and installed a new one fast. The builder had it hooked up really weird so he was back and forth under the house. He got everything installed quickly and he has very fair prices. Half the cost of what I was quoted from another company. I'll be using Ju for any future work.

Ju is the real deal!!! I review businesses all the time, and I can say Ju did what needed to be done. He came the same day. He investigated and identified the problem. And it didn’t cost an arm and a leg to get it done. I will now be calling him for any of my plumbing issues. Thank you Ju!
