My toilet quit working and I need a fast response. I reached out to Johnson Plumbing and they had someone out that afternoon. Because they were so quick I wasn't able to be home. I normally do not let strangers into my home without me being there but I had no choice and trusted the company. The service man communicated with us the whole time. Telling me what he needed to do and if I approved the cost of repairs, I did and he began the work which only took him less than an hour to complete. I also have a little dog I was concerned about with a stranger coming in but the gentleman even took her outside to potty and brought her back in safe and sound. It was like having my dad come over to fix my toilet. I trust the company completely and the job was done perfectly with no mess left behind!!!!

So thankful I was told by a friend to call Johnson Plumbing. So easy to work with and communication was excellent. Service included installing 2 toilets and 2 sinks. The serviceman Corey was so professional and did everything to my satisfaction. Extremely polite too. Thank you - you have all my future business!!!

Corey and Corey were so helpful with water leaks caused from rocks and tree roots. They were prompt and showed up when they said they would. They did a great job of helping us get the problem solved and changed a valve that needed replaced as well. We will definitely call them again if needed. Great service and very professional!

Johnson repaired a couple of leaks for me less than a year ago. Extremely high water bill indicated leaks so I called Johnson only to find out my current leaks are the two they repaired. I was charged $300 for them to come out and tell me that they would not warranty the work and I would have to pay for them to again fix the leaks. they supposedly fixed for me in the beginning. It was explained to me that any repair work they do for you is only under warranty for 90 days. If I could give 0 stars, I would!
