Since I am not located in Los Angeles, I needed a company that could handle everything smoothly. Anna helped schedule a free estimate appointment, and then the technician inspected the issue and provided a quote. It was a reasonable price, and so after I approved it, they started the repair right away. I am very happy with both - their communication and work! The team kept me informed about the process, and it was very important for me given I was not on site.I appreciated their great work as well! Great team, great communication!

John’s plumbing did a great job at our property. We had sewer line clogged. John unclogged the line and ran a camera to check condition of the pipe as snake pulled out lots of roots. Highly recommend. Estimate appointment was free and service charge was fair. I highly recommend John’s plumbing

I called several companies about doing a sewer scope on a house we are purchasing, some refused to give me pricing and others charged nearly double what John's plumbing did (you can check their website for coupons too). The tech was very responsive, professional, and a bit entertaining. Very glad we chose them!
