Our hot water heater went out recently and I called and spoke with Cristie, who was very helpful in getting an appointment right away. Scott came out, assessed the situation, the part was ordered and the problem was fixed in record time. I'm 75, I have an upcoming surgery and needed the hot shower for prep work. I wasn't sure I could get the water heater fixed in time. I was stressed, but Jackrabbit Plumbing came to my rescue. They really went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed before my surgery. We purchased a house in Tahoe that had a 40 year old boiler hydronic heating system that was at the end of its life.
