Staff was hit & miss. First time in & the lady assisted me in purchasing a set of blind & even cut them to length for me. Got home & realized during installation that my measurement was off by 1 inch. Took the blinds back to be recut as the lady said I could. The lady who helped me was not available, but a younger gentleman said he could help me, but I felt as if I was putting him out. He did cut the blinds for me. the installation was rough since the blinds them self were not cut very straight, but was not going to go back a third time. I just filed off some of the length & all was fine. I have had similar experiences there in the past when asking someone for help at Home Depot. I have a hard time asking someone to do their job & they act as if it is such a chore to do so. It's was not a horrible experience, but another reason I am not a fan of Home Depot, but also need items from time to time.

We went into store for fence /install pricing.Was put into the system and was told we would be contacted. About 4 days later I was called and tried to set up a meet to have fence priced.We were told the they would check to see when we could meet.A week later I received a call from them not knowing anything about our prior call. So to make it easy,I gave them my address and was told that they would go to my new home and measure.That was 3 weeks ago.Never heard anything back.They just lost my business.......
