Hegarty Plumbing installed a mini-split system in my home. Gerry, Joan, and the install team were very communicative, transparent, and prompt. They were patient with me and answered all my questions completely! They also handle the Mass Save rebate submission, which is a huge help. The project was completed on schedule and there were no surprises or changes from the original estimate. I will be using Hegarty Plumbing again and I highly recommend this company!

We hired Hegarty Plumbing to replace the failing commercial water heater in our five-unit Brownstone in the South End. The quoted price was very competitive and the online reviews were review extremely positive, prompting us to choose Hegarty over a couple alternatives. It was a great decision. The plumber completed the work expeditiously and responded quickly wen we requested an adjustment to the heat setting. Soon thereafter, we experienced a noise from the unit. Hegarty returned within a day and determined that there was an issue with the water heater itself, not the installation, and arranged for service work to be performed by the Rheem, the manufacturer of the unit. We plan to reach out to Hegarty for future plumbing needs.

Gerry and his team are phenomenal! He was extremely responsive (I heard back within an hour and he was at my house shortly after that to diagnose our issue), has great folks working for him (efficient, polite, knowledgeable) and is hands-down the most reliable and affordable plumber around! He got us our new furnace really quickly (an exact match for what we had, just updated) and it was installed within days. He is also just a really great guy! I will never call another plumber again!
