My appointment had to be rescheduled 2x for reasons that were out of Blue Bear’s control.. but other than that, I had a very pleasant experience! From talking with Brittany on the phone for updates and Mikey who helped me with my plumbing issue, it was overall great! I highly recommend Blue Bear- so friendly/polite and responsive!

Great service for getting a replacement for my air handler and compressor. Kyle was easy to communicate with both over the phone and in person, providing me as much detail as he could. Blue Bear initially came in with a better price than at least one other company I had looked at, and after I brought some other quotes in and talking through what I was looking for, we got to a good price for a system that is working well in the August heat.

Had an issue with my central air AC unit out of the blue. Called up Blue Bear and was connected with Zach Kelley. First and foremost, he was open honest and respectful throughout the whole process and on top of it all had outstanding customer service. He very understanding of my situation was able to get me a quote and service set up right away. Any HVAC issues or problems I would highly recommend blue bear to any of my friends and family and would recommend them to go see Zack.
